Payment Method: Payment is accepted via BuyMeACoffee Prepayment: Full prepayment is required before commencing work on the commission.Refunds: Refunds are not offered once work has begun.Production Time: I typically require 4-7 days to produce one illustration, depending on its complexitySketch Stage Edits: Each commission includes two rounds of edits. The first round is during the sketch stage. The second round allows for slight corrections after finishing painting, provided they do not contradict the original briefing. Any edits requested outside of these stages will incur an additional fee of 5$ per edit, with a maximum of two additional edits.Exclusions: I do not draw the following: furries, mecha, masculine males, elderly individuals, real people based on photographs, or NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content.Right to Refuse Commission: I reserve the right to refuse a commission if the character design or art idea does not align with my artistic style or personal preferences.Livestream Drawings: Artwork may be created during livestream sessions. If you are commissioning commercial work and do not wish for it to be featured in the livestream, please inform us. Livestreams are hosted on the following channel: twitch.tv/pupingaiPosting Finished Works: I retain the right to post finished artworks on my social networks and portfolio for promotional purposes.Tagging Customers: I will tag customer accounts when posting work-in-progress and finished pieces. If you prefer not to be tagged or wish to use a specific tag, such as "@/", please inform me in advance.Publication Delays: If you require a delay in the publication of an illustration until a specific date, please notify me in advance. I do not anticipate delays exceeding one month after the completion of the illustration.
